Hello there! It's almost Christmas and the Greenwood Fitness Boot Camps kick off in less than two weeks! I wanted to take a minute to let you all know what the plan is for the first day of boot camp.
The first day will simply be a sort of orientation. We'll talk about diet, safety, goals and a several other things. At the end, I'll try to give everyone a chance to do a few dumbbell exercises so everyone can figure out what size dumbbells they'll need. You'll also get a chance to meet some of the other people who will be attending the boot camps with you. Orientation will last about an hour and will run from 1:00-2:00, 2:00-3:00, 7:00-8:00, and 8:00-9:00. (*)
You'll definitely want to bring a notebook and something to write with so you can take notes. If you're planning on signing up for the Greenwood Fitness Boot Camps than you definitely don't want to miss this orientation because the info presented that day will be vital to your success in this program.
Also, I've decided to offer a discounted rate to anyone who signs up on or before January 4th.
