Greenwood Fitness Boot Camps: The Lowdown

Ok, as of today all the details of the Greenwood Fitness Boot Camps have been finalized and I'm so psyched about it! Aren't you?! I can't wait to get started helping all those people look better, feel better, lose weight, and get healthy! It's gonna be awesome! Ok, here's the skinny...

The Greenwood Fitness Boot Camps will kick off on January 4th- the first Monday of 2010. Boot camps will take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Each boot camp lasts 30 minutes and there will be eight of them per day! Here is the schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
Session One: 12:00 - 12:30 PM
Session Two: 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM
Session Three: 1:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Session Four: 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM
Session Five: 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM
Session Six: 7:30 PM -8:00 PM
Session Seven: 8:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Session Eight: 8:30PM - 9:00 PM

Clients can attend as often as they like and they can come whenever it's most convenient for them. The workouts will be geared toward a 30 minute workout as opposed to an hour so clients should expect it to be intense! Let's face it, there just aren't that many people who like spending hour after hour at the gym. We all have busy lives. But everybody can spare 30 minutes, three times a week to look and feel better and drop a few pounds too! And at only $99 bucks a month?! There just isn't a better deal around- trust me, I looked for one and didn't find anything even close!

It's time to ditch all those sorry, worn-out excuses for not getting in shape. I've taken away every reason in the world not to get in shape (unless you just like being round, then hey- more power to ya!) But if you're not 100% thrilled with the way your body looks then you owe it to yourself to do something about it. It's just too easy to get a great body not to do it. Remember, I speak from experience.
